The following project is an Architecture Competition, done for Dipl. Ing. Arch. Florian Schober. The task of the competition was to develop a concept for a residential complex with local amenities as well as a public square in the St. Peter district of Graz. The design envisions the distribution of the building masses over three, large-volume structures, which are organized around a central square. The three structures each have an elongated base with a green roof as a community garden for the residents. The (semi-) public life takes place at the central square.
